WHAT WE DO

The award recognizes exceptional contributions made by a WiN YG member, highlighting its dedication to the success of the organization’s  activities. The laureate will receive financial support of up to $500 to attend an international conference or event. 

WiNspire promotes nuclear careers through local meet-ups in regional languages, collaborating with WiN Chapters and educational institutions to enhance STEM students' awareness of career paths in the nuclear industry. It aims to raise public awareness about nuclear technologies

The Inspire Program offers educational masterclasses on nuclear topics, partnering with WiN Global experts. Open to all levels, it provides interactive 45-minute classes followed by discussions. Participants receive a certificate upon completion.

This program supports early and mid-career professionals and students with mix-mentoring and workshops. In collaboration with Africa4nuclear, WiN Middle East, and other contributors, it offers practical HR advice and career development guidance over three months

WiNfinity is a regular networking call for WiN YG members, featuring different themes and occasional special guests. It facilitates global connections, sharing experiences, and discussing career development. Sessions are mostly in English, with some in other languages.

This venture is part of a policy-oriented project with the primary goal of conducting a comprehensive study on the influence of studying abroad for students pursuing nuclear-related disciplines.

The Empower Program is a leadership development initiative for mid-career professionals, focusing on soft skills like public speaking, communication, and scientific writing. It combines online and in-person sessions and lasts three months for up to 10 participants.

The Pregnancy, Parenthood & Career Development (P2CD) Project by WiN YG empowers women in nuclear by supporting work-life balance and career growth. Through research, mentorship, a resource toolkit, and an anonymous support platform, P2CD fosters inclusivity and professional development, ensuring women thrive in STEM careers while navigating parenthood.
