Masterclass series

The Women in Nuclear (WiN) Global Young Generation (YG) is committed to advancing gender diversity within the nuclear sector. To prepare young women for innovative careers in nuclear, WiN YG has developed a series of tailored programs. Based on findings from NEA’s gender balance task group and a recent internal survey, these programs are designed to address key needs:
Inspire Program: Knowledge and skills development.

Empower Program: Soft skills development.
Career Building Program: Guidance for navigating career paths.

2025 PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
Enhance Technical Competence: Equip participants with advanced knowledge and practical skills in AI and Nuclear Fusion, enabling them to contribute effectively to innovation and technological advancement in the nuclear industry. Develop Leadership and Soft Skills: Provide comprehensive soft skills training to prepare participants for leadership roles, fostering effective communication,
teamwork, and conflict resolution abilities.

Promote Gender Equality and Diversity: Encourage greater participation of women and underrepresented groups in STEM fields, particularly in the nuclear sector, by offering inclusive and supportive training environments.

Foster Industry Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with leading organizations, academic institutions, and industry players to ensure the bootcamps are aligned with current industry needs and trends.
