Our Mision
WiN Global Young Generation empowers youth to create positive change. Our mission is to equip you with essential leadership skills, foster meaningful mentorship relationships, and develop impactful policy recommendations.


We invite you to apply for this new edition, which features a three-phase structure that includes:
P1: an online training
P2: an immersive school, and
P3: a personalized mentorship.
This opportunity is geared towards professionals under 40, ideally with 5 to 10 years of experience and ambitions for senior leadership roles.
The program focuses on breaking down biases and barriers to promote inclusive and prosperous development in the nuclear industry, welcoming individuals of all genders to apply.

3-months individual guidance focused on career growth and overcomin challenges strengthen mentor-mentee relationships
FIRST EDITION 2025
17 participants from 13 different countries were selected from more than 80 applicants from more than 30 countries to carry out the cohort empower 2025 for around 10 months.
