A program designed for young professionals to enhance their leadership skills, provide career guidance, and improve the nuclear industry through collaboration and policy recommendations.
We invite you to apply for this new edition, which features a three-phase structure that includes:

an immersive summer school, and

a personalized mentorship.
This opportunity is geared towards young professionals under 40, ideally with 5 to 10 years of experience and ambitions for senior leadership roles.
The program focuses on breaking down biases and barriers to promote inclusive and prosperous development in the nuclear industry, welcoming individuals of all genders to apply.
