Empower is more than a leadership programme.
It is a global community where young professionals connect, learn, and collaborate to shape the future of the nuclear sector.
The inaugural cohort brought together 17 participants from 13 countries, selected from more than 80 applicants representing over 30 countries, for a ten-month journey .

Who can apply?
This opportunity is designed for professionals under 40, with approximately 5-10 years of experience, who are ready to take on senior leadership roles in the nuclear sector.
The programme aims to break down barriers and biases, fostering a more inclusive and sustainable industry. We welcome applicants of all genders who are committed to driving positive change.
