About the Role
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Whatapp, LinkedIn).
Monitor and respond to audience interactions to increase engagement.
Analyze and report on social media performance metrics.
Newsletter Coordination:
Design and distribute WiN YG’s newsletters using platforms like Mailchimp.
Gather updates and content from various teams and write engaging articles.
Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all newsletters.
Monitor and analyze newsletter engagement metrics to improve outreach.
Graphic Design & Video Editing:
Create compelling visual content for digital and print media, including graphics, brochures, and presentations.
Design visuals for events, campaigns, and social media.
Produce and edit videos for promotional or educational purposes.
Collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive branding and style across all media.
Profiles We’re Looking For:
Social Media Enthusiasts who excel at creating dynamic online engagement.
Skilled Designers or Video Editors with a strong visual and creative approach.
Newsletter Writers with exceptional storytelling and editing skills.
Requirements
Strong background in communications, journalism, public relations, or related fields.
Experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva) and/or video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
Strong writing and editing skills for newsletters and other communication materials.
Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Creativity and an eye for detail.
